2. Size Exchange:
- Eligible within 2 working days of delivery.
- Exchange request to be sent to care@raisinglobal.com.
- Exchange can be done within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, in original packaging.
3. Exchange Procedure:
- Include name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
- Specify the desired size.
- Exchange allowed once per order.
4. Options for Size Exchange:
- Once the RAISIN pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).
- The customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.(that will be only valid for 1 month)
5. Return Shipping:
- Customer bears the cost of return shipping (reverse pickup and shipping charges).
- Shipping is available across India in various locations. Before placing the order, submit your pin code in the pin code section below the products to get the availability of delivery in your location.
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499 across India. If the total order amount is under ₹1499, additional shipping charges will be levied.
For prepaid orders below ₹1499, shipping charges will be ₹ 100
For COD orders below ₹1499, shipping charges will be ₹ 150 - You can modify your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.

Impressive craftsmanship! The hand work on the ROSE PINK coord set is intricate and well-done. The glass tissue fabric creates a subtle shimmer that catches the eye without being too flashy. I wore it to a cultural event and received many compliments. However, the fit was slightly tighter than I expected. I would recommend going up a size for comfort.
