Return and Exchange Policy

1. Initiate an Exchange:
- Write to us at care@raisinglobal.com within 7 working days of delivery if the product is eligible for exchange.
Note: Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Verification:
Our team will verify your request within 2 working days (48 hours) of submission.

2. Shipping:
- Once your request is acknowledged, you may ship the product back.
- A handling fee of ₹200/- will apply.
- An unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for missing, defective, or incorrect items.

3. Wallet Credit:
- If you want to choose your exchange product at a later time, the amount will be credited to your Raisin Global Wallet.
- The wallet credit will be valid for 3 months, after which it will expire.

4. Inspection:
The product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it is in its original condition and that the labels are intact.

5. Exchange:
If the product passes inspection, the new product you select will be delivered to you.
