We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499 in India. If the total order amount is under ₹1499, additional shipping charges will be levied.

To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered. Maximum of 10 products of a single piece will be accepted in a single order.
MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partners: Aramex, FedEx, & DTDC. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with all of the partners. All refunds will also be carried out through the same payment gateway.
Express Delivery option is available with the above mentioned courier partners, charges of which will be levied according to your location. The express delivery charged will be mentioned before you place your order.
Gift Wrapping option is available, charges of which will be ₹50 per product and should be paid during the payment of your entire order.
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in shipping address will be accepted.
In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, can raise the complaint at

All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped. Once the order has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted. After the order has been shipped, only return or exchange will be available which will be accepted after the order is received by the customer. Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added in our COD Blacklist.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you might need to return or exchange your purchased product. We strive to make your return/exchange process smooth and easy.
All products on the website can be returned or exchanged.
To return a product, you need to make a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returns/Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account and going in the “My Orders” section anytime during the period.
Returns are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an exchange needs to be made, you can select the size or product you wish from the inventory. If your choice is not available, only the return option will be displayed.
The shipping cost for the return of the product needs to be borne by the customer.
In case of Cash On Delivery, the customer will have to pay the bill and process the return separately.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on firstname.lastname@example.org / +91-90163-25800. Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage on email@example.com.
All items bought during the sale won’t be returned. Only exchange will be processed.
