SHIPPING POLICY

  • We at Raisin know the impor tance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our large
    network aims to provide your orders in a quick secure way and takes about 7-14 working days to deliver them to you.
  • Shipping is available across India in various locations. Before placing the order, submit your pin code in the pin code section
    below the products to get th e availability of deliv ery in y our location.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499 across India. If the total order amount is under ₹1499, additional shipping
    charges will be levied.
    For prepaid orders below ₹1499, shipping charges will be ₹ 100
    For COD orders below ₹1499, shipping charges will be ₹ 150
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select cities in India, which will be informed to you during checkout.
  • To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered. Maximum of 10 products
    of a single piece will be accepted in a single order.
  • MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the
    change in government tax laws).
  • Gift wrapping option is available, charges of which will be ₹50 per product and should be paid during the payment of your entire
    order.
  • You can modify your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, once the order is packed, no
    modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
  • In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, you can raise the complaint at care@raisinglobal.com

01. What are the shipping charges?.

  •  Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1499. ₹100 will be charged for shipping for prepaid orders below ₹1499 and ₹150 will be charged for shipping for COD orders below ₹ 1499.

 

02. What are the shipping locations?

  • Shipping is available across India in various locations. Before placing the order, submit your pin code in the pin code section below the products to get the availability of delivery in y our location.

 

03. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

  • You can modify the shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order. After packed and shipped, no modification in the
    shipping address will be available.

 

04. If I have to exchange a product, who will bear the shipping charges of sending the product back to you?

  • In case you have to exchange your product, you will have to send the product to us. The said shipping charges have to be borne
    by you and they will not be reimbursed by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped.
  • All cancellations will be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel your order, send us your reason for cancellation along with your order no. with your registered email id to care@raisinglobal.com.
  • After the order has been shipped, you won't be able t o cancel the order. Only exchange of y our product will be available.
  • Multiple order cancellations by one customer will le ad to their account being added in our blacklist.

01. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you can cancel the order you placed within 12 h ours of placing the order.

 

02. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped t o me?

  • No. Once your order is packed & shipped, cancellation cannot be done.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you might need to exchange your purchased product. We strive to make your exchange process smooth and easy.
  • We do not offer return on an y purchases made by you.
  • All products on the website can be exchanged except for masks due to safety and hygiene purposes.
  • To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account and going in the “Exchange Form” section anytime during the exchange period and submitting your request with the said form.
  • Exchanges are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be exchanged.
  • If an exchange needs to be made, you can select the product/size you wish from the inventory.
  • The product you request for in exchange should be of the same or higher value than the one you have purchased in your previous order.
  • The shipping cost for the exchange of the product needs to be borne by the customer. You have to ship the product you wish
    to get exchanged back to our office at PARVATI HOUSE, F-Tower, Shree Kuberji Textile Park, B/H Belgium Square, Delhi Gate, Ring
    Road, Surat – 395002, Gujarat (INDIA) and have to pay the shipping charges for the same. These charges will not be reimbursed
    by us.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery payment method, you will have to pay the bill for your purchase and process the exchange request separately.

01. Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Return on any product is not available. Only exchanges are available on all categories except masks, for safety and hygiene
    purposes.

 

02. What reasons are valid for me to exchange the product?

  • If you are not happy with an y aspect of the product like size, fit , fabric, etc., you can easily get an exchange for the order.

 

03. What can I get in exchange for my order?

  • In exchange for your order, you can select a new product f rom our inventory of the same or higher value than the one you have
    purchased in y our previous order.

 

04.What do I keep in mind before placing the exchange request?

  • All the products you wish t o exchange must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • All articles should be unused, unworn and clothes to be unwashed.
  • If you have received any gift/promotional item with your order, you will have to send them in the package along with the
    product.

 

05. How do I exchange my order?

  • You can simply log in t o your account and click on "Exchange Form" to place an exchange request.

 

06. Within how many days can I place an exchange request?

  • 15 days from the date of delivery.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY

  • We strive to work on always making your experience with Raisin a pleasant one. However, due to unforeseen events, if you ever receive a damaged product as p art of y our order, do not worry. We are there to help you.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on care@raisinglobal.com / +91-90163-25800 to raise a complaint.
  • Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a screenshot of your damaged/defective product along with the description of
    the damage on car e@raisinglobal.com.
  • Once the request is approved, we will either a request of pick up or advice you to send the product back to us at PARVATI HOUSE, F-Tower, Shree Kuberji Textile Park, B/H Belgium Square, Delhi Gate, Ring Road, Surat – 395002, Gujarat (INDIA).
  • Ensure that all the products that you send back due to the reason of damage are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging – and must have their original label. Items should not be washed or worn.
  • If we ask you to send the product back to us, the shipping charges of sending the product will be reimbursed by us after we
    inspect the product and approve an exchange.
  • Once we inspect the damaged product as w e receive it , we will approve an exchange after it matches all of our criteria.
  • We will send you a fresh product then which shall reach you within 7-14 working days.
