I’m confused about my size. What do I do?
Please refer to the ‘Size Chart’ that is provided with every product on the product page. We follow the standard UK sizing.


How long will it take for the order to arrive?
Once your order is confirmed, it will take 7-14 working days to reach your location.
What are the minimum and maximum limits of a single order?
For one order, the minimum quantity will be 1 product and the maximum quantity for 1 design will be 10 pieces.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order by logging into your account on the website and clicking on "My Orders".
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on all orders at all major cities. While placing the order, during the payment option, you will be informed of the availability of the COD option at your location.
Will any tax be charged on my orders? If so, how much?
The products' MRP will be inclusive of all the taxes which are levied as per the government's rules and regulations.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you have received a damaged product, you can easily get an exchange for the same. Follow these steps to get the right product, - Contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of the package through email. Our email id is care@raisinglobal.com - Take photographs of the defective/damaged product along with the full information/description of the damage and send it to us on the above-mentioned email id. - After investigating the matter, we will approve the request after it meets all our criteria and will place an exchange order request for you. - Ensure all packaging and tags are attached to the product and the product is sent back to us in the same condition you received it. - Once the product reaches us, we will check the product again and then, if all criteria are met, will send you a fresh product in exchange.
It has been over 14 days and I haven't received my product yet. What do I do?
We usually deliver the products between 7-14 working days so this problem should not arise. However, if it does, sometimes there are certain delay issues from the delivery branches in individual locations due to unforeseen instances. We request you to wait another 7 days. If the product still doesn't reach you, you can write to us your concern along with your order number at care@raisinglobal.com
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes. You can choose to have your order gift wrapped. You will be asked about the same while placing the order. The charges for this would be an additional ₹50 to your cart value.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order you placed before it has been packed and shipped to you.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped to me?
No. Once your order is packed & shipped, cancellation cannot be done.


What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1499 and ₹100 will be charged for shipping for orders below ₹1499.
What are the shipping locations?
We ship all across India.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
You can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After packing, no modification in the shipping address will be done.
If I have to exchange a product, who will bear the shipping charges of sending the product back to you?
We have free pick up services available in various locations across India. If you are situated in those areas, there will be no shipping cost to bear. If you do not stay in those locations, you will have to send the product back to us, the shipping cost of which will have to be borne by you.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Exchanges are available on all categories except masks, for safety and hygiene purposes.
What reasons are valid for me to exchange the product?
If you are not happy with any aspect of the product like size, fit, etc., you can easily get an exchange for the order.
How do I exchange my order?
You can simply log in to your account and click on "Exchange Form" to place an exchange request. You can then select what you want to receive in exchange and submit the details.
Within how many days can I place an exchange request?
30 days from the date of delivery.
