How do I exchange my order?

- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange.

- You will get a confirmation email with the approval of the request and further instructions on selected a new product.

 

When can I place an exchange request?

You can place an exchange request within 15 days from the date of delivery.

 

What items are exchangeable?

Exchanges are available on all categories expect masks, for safety and hygiene purposes.

 

What do I keep in mind before placing the exchange request?

- All the products you wish to exchange must be in their original condition and packaging.

- All articles should be unused, unworn and clothes to be unwashed. 

- If you have received any gift/promotional item with your order, you will have to send them in the package along with the product.

Are there any charges for exchange?

The shipping cost for the exchange of the product needs to be borne by the customer. You have to ship the product you wish to get exchanged back to us and have to pay the shipping charges for the same. These charges will not be reimbursed by us.

 

Where do I ship my order which I need to get exchanged?
